Buddy/Buddy is my project of learning and exploring fermentations alongside the attitude of never taking yourself too seriously. I work with organically farmed fruit and I practice minimal intervention with the grapes in the cellar. To me, this means spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeast, no fining/filtering, and little to no sulfur additions. I aim to make wines, ciders, and co-ferments that are fun, accessible to all, and most importantly, delicious.

I currently operate Buddy/Buddy on my own and don't employ anyone yet. However, I aim to create a safe space, inclusive to all with the events that I am a part of and the folks I choose to work with.
