Olivia is the owner of Redfield, an award-winning cider-focused bar and bottle shop in Oakland, California. She has farmed in California and Vermont and has worked with apple growers and regenerative farmers for most of her career. Olivia has been involved in the Bay Area food and beverage industry for over a decade, having run educational programming at 18 Reasons and volunteering for Kitchen Table Advisors and Real Food Real Stories. She was a founding co-chair for the Good Food Awards’ Cider Category and her writing has been published in the James Beard Award winning publication Civil Eats and in the cider industry magazine Malus. Her voice has been featured in TheSan Francisco Chronicle, Whetstone Media, Eater, Heritage Radio Network, ABC, NBC and many more media outlets. She currently sits on the Antiracism, Equity & Inclusion Committee for the American Cider Association.
